The specifically developed formula lasts exceptionally long. After drying the ARTDECO Soft Lip Liner is wipe-resistant and waterproof. The pleasantly soft and creamy texture provides a light and precise application. You can blend it out shortly after application and has an especially good colour coverage and high opacity. Also, it stops the lipstick from "bleeding" into the tiny lip lines.

Contains natural antioxidizers and tocopherol. Fragrance-free.
