ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

How to Order - Add your items to the shopping basket and once you have finished shopping, click on the checkout button.

Payment - We can accept all major debit and credit cards - Switch, Visa, Mastercard. In addition, we accept electronic payments through the Paypal system. Your card account will be debited by ‘Faceworx’

Post and Packing - Delivery to mainland UK addresses will be charged at £2.95 for standard delivery, £4.95 for 1st class delivery and £7.75 for next day delivery (This delivery option can be selected during the checkout process).Delivery charges to other countries can be found at the checkout.

Delivery - Orders are processed between Monday and Friday. The cut off point for delivery is 3.30pm. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Please bear this in mind if you opt for next day delivery.

Returns - If the items arrive damaged, please email returns@faceworx.co.uk within 72 hours of receipt of the goods to arrange a replacement.If you change your mind and decide you do not want the goods, your statutory rights allow you to return them for a full refund, provided they are unopened and returned within seven days. You will be responsible for the cost and safe carriage of returning the parcel, so please ensure the goods are packed correctly.
